As head of Learning & Development for Regions Bank, I led the organization’s leadership coaching and associate engagement strategy; skills and regulatory training; team and leader development; and worked alongside an amazing team to build the foundation of a strengths-based culture. Prior to Regions, I served as a general manager for the Birmingham office of Lee Hecht Harrison a global career transition and talent development firm.

Sue currently serves as Chair for the Management & HR Advisory Council of UAB’s Collat School of Business, Board Vice President for Georgetown’s ITL Network, and member of the Board of Directors for Heart Gallery Alabama.
She earned a BBA and MBA from Kennesaw State University, a Certificate in Evidence-Based Coaching Certificate from Fielding Graduate University, and Certificates in Executive Facilitation and Organizational Consulting and Change Leadership from Georgetown’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. Sue and her husband John Faure share their home in Hoover, Alabama with Max and Lilly, their feline friends.
